In some situations, a parcel may be returned to us. This can happen for a variety of reasons including; incomplete address details, non-response to a calling card, absence of contact details if applicable.
For UK Customers
If the courier has to re-deliver a parcel on our behalf, due to a fault of the customer, there will often be a charge of £7.50 to cover our freight, shipping and handling costs.
For International customers
reshipment prices will vary depending on location.
