If your goods arrive damaged, you MUST inform us at email@example.com
within 24 HOURS so we can inform the relevant courier immediately and initiate the claims process. Failure to do so may mean we are unable to replace your damaged products.
We will require you to provide photo's of the damage to the parcel/product('s) for reference when launching an investigation.
Once images have been provided and investigations complete we will be able to provide you with a resolution.
